We have chosen Second Firing, a collection of ten jacquard fabrics with a great visual impact designed by Peter Marino for Rubelli. This unique of their kind fabrics harmonize perfectly with our design philosophy for Linea collection-balance between aesthetics and individuality. The pattern and texture come from ceramic collection by Pierre-Adrien Dalpayrat, a French ceramist of the late nineteenth century, known for innovative enamels, much loved by Peter Marino.
Marino has a distinct and sophisticated style. Recognised for his commercial, cultural, residential and retail architectural designs that have helped redefine modern luxury worldwide. With previous collaborations including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bulgari, Zegna and Fendi, Peter Marino highlights materiality, texture, light and colour through his work.
