PLASTER FABRICATION ASSISTANT
We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Plaster Fabrication Assistant to support our Plaster Studio Manager. Applicants should have basic experience in sculpture, ideally within a plaster production environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in plaster fabrication, from raw materials to finished pieces. If you are passionate and knowledgeable about plaster sculptures, invested in collaborative team building, eager to learn how a small-scale craft workshop operates and grows, and possess strong time management, organizational, and delegation skills, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our artistic vision. This position is ideal for a craftsperson or artist looking to gain hands-on experience in a craft workshop that operates as part of a design studio in Freiburg, Germany.
